Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the Florantops website and bakery management system operated by Florant Operating System. By using Florantops, booking a demo, or signing up for the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who Florantops is for
Florantops is a bakery management system for African businesses, particularly South African bakeries, cake businesses, food production businesses, and growing bakery teams.
2. Subscriptions and payment
Florantops is a paid subscription product. Monthly subscriptions are paid monthly in advance. Yearly subscriptions are paid yearly in advance and include a 10% discount on the selected plan. If Florantops offers a free trial, the trial period and billing date will be shown during sign-up.
Payments may be handled by a payment provider. Customers are responsible for keeping payment details valid and for paying subscription fees when due.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. For yearly subscriptions, Florantops may refund 50% of the remaining unused months after cancellation.
4. Account suspension
Florantops may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, misuse of the system, illegal activity, security risk, abuse, or any activity that may harm Florantops, other users, or the service.
5. Data and Supabase
Florantops system data is managed as part of the Florant Operating System service and stored through Supabase. Supabase provides database and hosting infrastructure. The Florantops software, database structure, reports, templates, and system records are owned and managed by Florant Operating System. Customers give Florantops permission to store, process, and use system data as needed to provide and support the service.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into Florantops, including sales, stock, customer records, production entries, expenses, staff activity, and reports. Customers must keep login details secure and must use the system lawfully.
7. No guarantee of business results
Florantops provides tools to help manage bakery operations, but it does not guarantee profits, sales growth, correct business decisions, or error-free operations. Florantops is not liable for mistakes made by businesses, staff members, or users of the system.
8. Prohibited use
Users may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, abuse, overload, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Florantops. Users may not use Florantops for illegal activity or to harm another person, business, system, or service.
9. Changes to features, pricing, and terms
Florantops may update features, pricing, plans, and these terms from time to time. When practical, we will give notice of important changes through the website, email, or the system.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Florantops is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, incorrect entries, staff mistakes, business interruption, pricing decisions, stock decisions, or decisions made from reports generated by the system.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
